UX Evaluation Process Tool -Kit
I participated in the project as a Master degree researcher of Interaction Design Lab at Techno Design School, Kookmin University in South Korea. Among three study topics, I worked in the development and advancement of guidelines for the UX knowledge utilisation and sharing system.
To apply the UX evaluation process for manufacturing workers who do not know about UX, I supported researches and was responsible for the design. I persuaded the team and optimised it from document type to 33 informative cards and packages.
How it works?
Evaluation Plan
Introduce criteria for usability evaluation, and give basic information like how to select participants or task for evaluation.
Pilot Evaluation
Provide a definition of the pilot-evaluation, and what kind of equipments or materials needed for the pilot-evaluation.
Evaluation Progress
Give a guided line for materials that needed for evaluation progress, and offer tips that we collected from present UX designers.
Result Analysis
Provide how they collect essential and crucial information from raw data, give how to manage the data.
Evaluation Report
How to write a report and introduce 3 different report types that they can use as an example.
